Graphic Designer and Multimedia Content Creator

JOB PURPOSE The Graphic Designer and Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for shaping and elevating BMIS’s visual identity across all digital and social media platforms. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, web banners, flyers, brochures, digital advertisements, and presentations. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external visual outputs. Develop infographics, icons, and layout compositions that simplify complex concepts. Perform photo and video editing. Cut, trim, and assemble video footage for promotional campaigns, social media reels, and event recaps. Perform colour correction, audio cleanup, and sound mixing. Create static and animated lower thirds, intro/outro sequences, transitions, and basic motion graphics. Develop strategic visual content tailored to the algorithm and audience of each social media platform. Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content using social media tools. Stay updated on current social media trends, viral audio, design styles, and platform features.
