Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 2026. Governing the digital operational standards of the Aganyu platform operated by Aganyu Technologies LTD.
1. Platform Architecture & User Integrity
Aganyu is operated by Aganyu Technologies LTD. The platform functions as a dual-sided marketplace connecting "Job Seekers" and "Employers". By registering for either account type, you agree to provide completely accurate, current, and verifiable information. Employers are subject to manual administrative verification and may remain in a "PENDING" status until approved by our compliance team. Job Seekers must maintain accurate profiles. Fake or misrepresented profiles will trigger immediate administrative suspension.
2. Verifiable Credentials & Document Parsing
Seekers have the ability to upload up to 5 academic or professional certificates. These documents may be stored and reviewed within the platform to support candidate evaluation. Uploading forged documents or documents belonging to another individual is a severe violation of these Terms and will result in a permanent ban and potential referral to relevant authorities.
3. Intelligent Matching & Discovery
Aganyu employs an intelligent matching engine to connect users based on professional compatibility and "Professional DNA". This system provides recommendations and discovers talent by analyzing skills and experience. While our system suggests "Perfect Fit" matches to increase efficiency, these are recommendations only. Aganyu does not guarantee employment, and all final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.
4. Premium Subscriptions & PayChangu Mobile Billing
Both Employers and Job Seekers may subscribe to premium platform tiers (such as Aganyu Premium for Seekers offering instant WhatsApp job alerts and AI match prioritization). Subscription payments are processed securely via PayChangu, supporting Malawian Kwacha (MWK) payment methods including Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, and local bank cards. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle and are non-refundable once activated. Users may cancel renewals at any time via their dashboard.
5. Platform Moderation & Audit Registry
Aganyu maintains an immutable Audit Registry. All administrative actions, critical account modifications, and systemic changes are recorded. Our administrators reserve the right to moderate, edit, or entirely remove job postings that violate local labor laws, contain discriminatory language, or are deemed fraudulent. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user found circumventing our security architectures.
