About the Opportunity
The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their master's and PhD programs. It provides an opportunity for future foreign decision-makers, from the private and public sectors, in priority fields of study, and encourages applicants up to 27 years old from developing countries at master's level, and applicants up to 32 years old from developing and industrialized countries at PhD level.

Candidates must be foreign nationals, applying for Master's or PhD programs in France. Age limit for Master's is 27 years and for PhD is 32 years. Applicants must be nominated by a French higher education institution.
