Warehouse Supervisor

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide tallying service to the regional and other warehouses. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing all warehouse operations Inventory management e.g ordering of stocks for satellite depots Supervising receiving and dispatching of stocks. Maintaining stocks record (bin cards, stack cards and EBS) Inspecting goods receipts, dispatches and warehouse inventory. Supervising the warehouse staff and labourer. Physical stock counting at the beginning and close of business (Daily opening and closing stocks and ensure they much with system balances) Ensuring quality and type of stocks brought in and out of the warehouse to ensure that stocks which do not meet the minimum specifications are rejected. Production of weekly warehouse and stocks reports. Monitoring expiry dates on goods received and inventory.
